Abstract
Background Tubal ligation is a popular permanent contraceptive method, performed either laparoscopically or via open surgery. Understanding the comparative outcomes of these methods is crucial for informed clinical decisions and patient counseling. This study aimed to compare the incidence of Post-Tubal Ligation Syndrome (PTLS) and failure rates between laparoscopic and open tubal ligation methods.
