    Abstract

Background: Pediatric hypertension is an increasingly recognized condition that poses significant health risks both in childhood and later in life. An integrated approach, encompassing genetics, environmental factors, and clinical practices, is essential for effective management and prevention. Methods: This retrospective study involved 120 pediatric patients diagnosed with hypertension, recruited from a tertiary care center. The study examined the impact of comprehensive care versus standard care, analyzed the association of genetic markers such as AGTR1 polymorphism, NOS3 variant, and CYP4A11 mutation with hypertension risk, and assessed the influence of environmental factors such as diet and physical activity on blood pressure. The effectiveness of routine clinical monitoring was also evaluated.
