Abstract
Malignant bone tumours are difficult to diagnose owing to the confusions associated with the diagnosis for a general orthopedic practicing surgeon. Results of limb salvage surgeries are markedly improved following the development of better diagnostic modalities and advancements in chemotherapy and radiotherapy fields. The standard protocol following limb salvage surgeries is tumor resection following replacing with mega prosthesis. Meshes are generally used to improve functional outcomes.
