    Abstract

This study investigates the levels of health and nutritional awareness among middle school students in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia and explores the factors influencing these awareness levels, including gender, educational stage, and economic status. Data was collected through surveys administered to a sample of students from various schools in the region. Statistical analyses, including t-tests and ANOVA, were conducted to examine differences in awareness levels across demographic and socio-economic groups. Results indicate significant differences in health and nutritional awareness between male and female students, with males exhibiting higher levels of awareness. However, there were negligible variations in awareness levels across different educational stages and economic levels. These findings highlight the complex interplay of factors shaping health education outcomes among adolescents in the region.
