Main Outcome Measures: The prevalence rate of gestational hypertension among pregnant women in north India, i.e., 13-15% showed the same as of national range which in this study proved by the p value being lesser than 0.05. The p value probability is 0.016244 which is lesser than 0.05. (0.05>0.016244). Conclusion: Gestational hypertension is both the cumbersome and burdensome health hazard upon both among population and government authorities. Since the national prevalence rate range from 12% to 13%, this rate actually varies in different regions, which in here according to the present study the prevalence rate shows higher than the national range.
