    Abstract

    This study investigates the influence of organizational spirituality on the quality of public services in healthcare settings, focusing on doctors and nurses working in hospitals in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The research aims to build a philosophical cognitive framework for the variables of organizational spirituality and quality of public services, diagnose the levels of these variables, and identify the nature of their impact relationship. Data was collected through surveys, using a Likert-scale questionnaire, and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis.
