Abstract
Background: To compare the effectiveness of endoscopic septoplasty and conventional septoplasty in the treatment of deviated nasal septa. Materials and methods: The research comprised 100 patients, of either gender, between the ages of 18 and 65, who had symptomatic deviated nasal septum (DNS). Patients experiencing symptoms from a deviated nasal septum do not respond to non-invasive medical therapy.
